🛑Inactivity Policy

This page will give you all the information on how we deal with people that are inactive within the department.

To ensure that our paramedics remain active throughout the day and night, our department has implemented strict rules. We understand that life issues or taking a break from FiveM may be necessary, which is why we have created a policy for Leave of Absence. If you would like to learn more about this policy, please click the link provided.

In regards to second characters, we have a strict policy to ensure that our EMS characters remain the primary focus of our members. If we notice that you are spending more time roleplaying with your second character than with your EMS character, this may affect your active status within the department. Currently, we do not have any requirements for the amount of time you must spend in the department, but we do request a minimum of one hour per week if you have a second character that you wish to play more.

If you are considering leaving the department, we recommend that you speak with a higher command officer within the EMS Discord. We can support you through the leaving process and discuss what it means for your EMS character. We value open communication and want to ensure that you have a positive experience within our department.

You are Required to Attend the fortnightly (2 Weeks) roll call that we put forward for anyone to make any suggestions that they would like to see within the department.

Below are the following stages that you will go through if you are inactive within the Department;

Inactive Stage One

Stage One Status: Low Activity Punishment: None Information Regarding this stage: If a higher command member becomes concerned about your activity within the department on a weekly basis, you may be placed on Low Activity status. This will be determined by analyzing your clocking in/out data that we have in place within our Discord system.

We calculate Low Activity status if you are putting in less than 1 hour per week within the department.

As a member of our department, you are required to attend the fortnightly (2 weeks) roll call. During this time, we welcome any suggestions that you may have to improve our department. We believe that open communication and feedback are essential for maintaining a positive and successful EMS community.

Inactive Stage Two

Stage One Status: No Activity Part 1 Punishment: First and Final Last Written Warning Information Regarding this stage: No Activity is defined as not actively engaging in roleplay as your EMS character and failing to attend the fortnightly Roll Calls. If you are found to be inactive, a high command member will issue you a written warning. This will serve as your final notice to become active within the department before we move to stage three of our Inactivity Policy.

Inactive Stage Three

Stage One Status: No Activity Part 2 Punishment: Removal From the Department Information Regarding this stage: In Stage Three of our Inactivity Policy, we will review your past activity and assess whether you are actively contributing to the department. If we determine that you are not putting in the effort to work within the department, we may ask you to leave.

Please note that we will notify you when you are in this stage through a personal message from a High Command member. We value open and transparent communication, and we are committed to working with you to find a solution that benefits both you and our department.
